Terms of use
These draft terms describe the intended rules for the controlled Arvox3 dTrack customer beta.
Invite-only beta
The service is available only to invited organizations and users. Access may be limited, changed, or suspended while the beta is being developed and evaluated.
Account use
Users sign in with their own Google account and must not share access. Users may access only the organization and data made available to their assigned role.
Customer responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for inviting authorized users, entering accurate figures, reviewing reconciliations, and notifying the product owner promptly if access or data appears incorrect.
Beta availability
The beta may contain defects and is not a substitute for the organization's official accounting records. Planned maintenance, support arrangements, and the final service commitment will be agreed directly with beta organizations.
Closure and data
An organization may be closed by the platform operator. The current release plan provides a 30-day delay before permanent purge so that closure can be reviewed and necessary exports can be prepared.
Owner and governing terms
The final contracting company, business ID, contact address, effective date, applicable law, liability terms, and termination terms must be approved and published before the first real customer is invited.
